Configuration of the module SiteHeart: smart chat for the online shop {SEO-Shop}, OpenCart 2.x, 3.x, ocStore

  1. Module installation “SiteHeart NeoSeo: smart chat”

To install the module “SiteHeart NeoSeo: smart chat” for OpenCart, you must:

  1. Go to admin panel and click on “Extras”->”Statistics”:
  2. In the list of modules that opens, select “NeoSeo SiteHeart” and click the “Install” button:

This completes the installation of the module and you can proceed to editing the module settings.

  1. Editing module settings

To edit module settings, go to the site’s administrative panel and select the “Add-ons” -> ”Statistics” section. In the list of modules that opens, select “NeoSeo SiteHeart” and click on the “Edit” button:

After that, the window for editing module settings will appear on the screen:

The “General” tab is used to configure the following parameters:

  1. Status. In order to connect this module to the store, select “Enabled” in the “Status” field:
  2. Siteheart Code In order to connect a SiteHeart online consultant to your online store, you must:
  • Register on the official siteheart website
  • Set up a robot. To do this, use the instructions for setting up the robot, which is available on the official website
  • Go to the "Settings" -> "Widget" -> "Code" section. In the block “Widget code for the site” copy the value of the variable “widget_id”. In this example, copy 900634:

In the “Siteheart Code” field, paste the copied code. The field is multilingual, i.e. allows you to add a code for all languages that are installed in your online store:

Important!!! After adding all the changes, click the “Save” button:

As a result, after saving all the changes, the “SiteHeart” online consultant will be available on your website:
