1. Installing the “NeoSeo Module Store Control Panel, Abandoned Cart Widget

To install the module NeoSeo Store control panel, widget "abandoned carts"" ; for OpenCart you need:

  1. Install module files on the site in any convenient way. We recommend copying the module files to the root directory of the site using ftp, and not the installation manager in the site's administrative zone.
  2. Go to the site's admin panel and select the section “Add-ons”->”Modules”:  
  3. In the list of modules that opens, select ”NeoSeo Store Control Panel, "Abandoned Cart" widget” and click “Install”  

This completes the installation of the module and you can proceed to editing the module settings.

2. Setting up the “NeoSeo module Store dashboard, abandoned cart widget

To edit the module settings, go to the site's admin panel and select the “Add-ons”->”Modules” section. In the list of modules for OpenCart that opens, select “NeoSeo Store control panel, "abandoned carts" widget; and click on the button “Edit”:  

After that, a window for editing module settings will appear on the screen.

2.1. Widget basic settings

Tab “Options” is intended for setting the following parameters:

Status - Enable/disable the module. In order for the module to be displayed on the Control Panel of the administrative zone, it is necessary in the “Status” select “Enabled”.  

Widget width — widget width control on the Status Bar.  

Sort Order— controlling the display order of the widget on the Status Bar

2.2. Setting the widget display

Block header — the field specifies the name you want to give the widget in the Status Bar.

Display entry number. If you enable this option, the widget will display the index number of the abandoned cart entry.

Display the buyer. If you enable this option, the widget will display the name that the buyer specified in the order form.

Display email/phone number. If enabled, the widget will display the email address/phone number that the customer provided during checkout.

Show the number of notifications. If enabled, the widget will display the number of abandoned cart notifications that have been sent to the customer.

In order to send a notification, you need to click on the envelope in the widget interface.

Display order amount. If you enable this option, the widget will display the amount of the order in the abandoned cart.

Show record modification date. This field displays the date when the abandoned cart record was last modified (for example, an abandoned cart notification was sent)
