1. Installing and configuring NeoSeo Store control panel, widget "Callback”

ModuleNeoSeo Store dashboard, widget "Callback"  ;for OpenCart works in conjunction with the module NeoSeo Callback” for OpenCart.

To install the module “NeoSeo Store control panel, widget "Callback" for OpenCart you need:

  1. Install module files on the site in any convenient way. We recommend copying the module files to the root directory of the site using ftp, and not the installation manager in the site's administrative zone.
  2. Go to the site administration panel and select the “Modules/Extensions”->”Modules/Extensions” section, select the extension type “Control Panel”:   
  • In the list of modules that opens, select ”NeoSeo Store control panel, "Callback" widget; and click “Activate”:  

This completes the installation of the module and you can proceed to editing the module settings.

2. Setting up the “NeoSeo module Store control panel, widget "Callback"

To edit the module settings, go to the site's admin panel and select the “Modules/Extensions”->”Modules/Extensions” section. In the list of modules for OpenCart that opens, select NeoSeo Store control panel, "Callback" widget; for OpenCart and click on the button “Edit”:  

After that, a window for editing module settings will appear on the screen.

2.1. Configuring the main module parameters

The “Parameters” tab is intended for setting the following parameters:

Status - Enable/disable the module. In order for the module to be displayed on the Control Panel of the administrative zone, it is necessary in the “Status” select “Enabled”.  

Widget width. Sets the display width of the widget in the Admin Area Control Panel.  

Display order. Set the sort order (widget display order) in the Administrative Area Control Panel. 

2.2. Setting widget options

The “Widget settings” tab is intended for setting the following parameters:

Block title. This field specifies the name that the module will receive on the Administrative Zone Control Panel.  

Result:  

Display order number. Option that is responsible for displaying the order number.

Display a buyer. Option responsible for displaying information about a buyer in the column Buyer.

Display customer mail. An option that is responsible for displaying the buyer's mail in the Buyer column. .

Display customer's phone number. An option that is responsible for displaying the customer's phone number in the Customer column.

  

Display the status of a hit. Option that is responsible for displaying the status of the request.   

Show the date of creation of the order. Option that is responsible for displaying the date of creation of the order.  

Display the manager's comment. Option that is responsible for displaying the field for entering the manager's comment.   

Display manager. Option that is responsible for displaying a field for entering the name of the manager or other information.  

Display the ticket message. Option that is responsible for displaying the order message from the Buyer.  

Number of records to display. Option that is responsible for displaying the number of output entries.  

Display order number. Option that is responsible for displaying the order number.
